Teacher Appreciation: Best Philosophy Professor Who Taught Nothing from Philosophy Course

Mr. G was my Philosophy teacher back in the day. Since the subject was my minor, I never attended lectures, focusing on scoring credits at seminars without wasting time on theoretical lessons in the area I never gave a donkey's about.

What did I do instead of Philosophy lectures? Well, most often I enjoyed my late breakfast since I had no time to eat before going to studies. I'd also hang out with lads either in our local park or in the library, preparing for upcoming seminars scheduled for the day.

However, one time I simply had nothing to do, so I simply dropped by the Philosophy lecture, took a seat and prepared for one of the most boring lectures of my life.

Never had I been so wrong.
As I found out, Mr. G turned out to be quite a weird guy, but weird in a kind, caring way. Instead of following dull Philosophical bread-and-butter theories from a textbook, he dwelled on many peculiar issues, like politics, relationships, parenthood, etc.

When asked to, he knew every in and out of our textbook from A to Z. Each chapter, each line he knew perfectly well. But he always told us we’d have time to study a textbook on our own, that’s why a lecture room should be a place for discussions, expressing opinions, and simply talking on vibrant things happening in our lives and in the life of our society in particular.

Mr. G, The Philosopher, showed me that lectures can actually be interesting and productive. Instead of being a senseless waste of time, just like many other lectures in my college, Mr. G’s theoretical lessons were simply amazing.
A man in his late forties, Mr. G shared his rich life experience, vividly showing how knowledge of Philosophy could actually help solve different life problems. His best example – his relationship with his eldest son, who has been holding a grudge against Mr. G and with whom he hasn’t talked to for 20 years, was a true eye-opener.

Although today I still don’t see Philosophy as a major subject or something I could’ve never have gotten to where I am now without, I think Mr. G’s lectures taught me a thing or two about solving many of life's problems Philosophical point of view which no textbook I studied on the subject could. In fact, I barely remember anything from those textbooks, but 10 years later, I still remember everything from Mr. G’s Philosophy lectures.

I'm actually really envious of you, if only I had a teacher like this. My philosophy teacher is old man that don't care about his student's knowledge, that's why I need to search essay-writing websites on WritemyPapers rating. I hate this, but what should I do? I need good marks to find a job in the future.

Areas like subcontinent majorly India Pakistan Bangladesh which have British colonial background likely to prefer getting away from colleges and avoid attending lectures so that it becomes real havoc for them to write an essay. Therefore most of them visit EssayDone to buy college papers UK as to submit their assignment to their course instructor
