Family Vacation: Fear Of Disney

Vacations are always awesome; the thrill of going to somewhere where you may have never been and may never return. The excitement you receive when there are merely hours before the day of that special time begins. But as everyone knows, nothing beats a good family vacay. Having the family all together at a time, with no distractions like a phone call from work, or a power point that just needs a 'little' extra time on can get in the way. These were all the brilliant fantasies I had brewing inside my imagination, when the big day of attending Disney World that morning had arrived. 7 hours later; 5 hours driving, 1 hour stopping for toilet breaks, and the last recovering our destination while getting lost in the middle of Paris, we finally parked at a stop to unpack our things from the car boot and empty them all over the hotel room floor. Everything seemed perfect. And was perfect for what felt like 5 minutes. That same day we all went to explore the wonders of Disneyland Paris, feasting our eyes on the beauty and magic the place had in store for us. However, all the excitement led to decisions that were not entirely thought through. For one of us, My mother to be blank, had the somewhat disastrous idea to have our first experience of the beautiful place that was Disney world, to be in the Haunted House. To this day, the fear and horror I had felt that day still haunts my thoughts when the lights are dimmed out. The holiday had started out as a monstrosity. With children crying, parents feeling stressed and extremely apologetic, the first day resulted in a pool of sorrows from frightened children that was my brother and I. Although this day felt as though it were the worst day of existence, it all ended with the pleasure of a special treat from the candy man and cuddles with Mickey Mouse. All in all the situation had come to a strong halt. But in secrecy, as I said, to this day what happened in that horrible place still visits my dreams in the night and enters feelings inside that i never knew existed......But no one would ever believe what happened.

However, we are now actively looking for new owners of who may want to carry on the mission of helping to change the world, one story at a time.  If you know someone who may be interested in taking to the next level, we can share details around the opportunity.  Please send an email to our owners if there's interest to acquire the website.

But in the meantime, there's still plenty to see and do here - just check out the various links and menus on the page.
