Olympic Spirit: An unseen power

I don’t watch the Olympics to be honest, but when I think of Olympics I think of everybody uniting to play in sports. This year in fact, was the first time ever that I’ve watched the Olympics just because everyone was deciding to make it a big thing. I see it as people unite to play these games to win medals. I also see it as a complete competition that makes it better than dealing with a war, if that makes sense. Olympic spirit is pretty much to get rid of any friction between two places is how I interpret it. I like the figure skating more than any of the rest of the games just because it’s graceful and beautiful really. With these terrorist attacks increasing I think it’s mostly just an idea of getting rid of that peace and bringing chaos and I think that with all of the security everybody has, the terrorists aren’t going to do anything and get away with it anyways. I do believe the games can reunite our world, I mean think about all of the people who participate and the people who watch. We’re all basically united in one way right there in the similarity of our countries.
