HARRISBURG, PA – On Wednesday, October 10, Eric Thiegs was honored as one of Central Penn Business Journal’s 2012 Forty Under 40 award recipients for his commitment to business growth, professional excellence and community service at an evening reception and awards program at Hilton Harrisburg. This year marks the program’s 18th anniversary.
Eric Thiegs is currently the President & CEO of Stage of Life LLC, the start-up behind the international blogging and digital literacy initiative at StageofLife.com.

He gave up health benefits, a retirement package and a stable six-figure income as the director of partnership marketing to start his own company with no definable revenue, just two months before his second daughter was born.  It was a leap of faith that made sense only because Thiegs knew he could "make it work."
