Wedding / Marriage Story Writing Contest Question:  "What is (or was) the single most important aspect of your wedding and why?"

Background:  As our Wedding Editor, Elle, points out in her bi-weekly series about the various pieces of planning a wedding, you know there are thousands of details that go into planning a wedding.  The dress.  The cake. The music.  The location.  The food.  Do we even go on?

As a part of the wedding planning process, for each bride and groom, there's often ONE thing that is or becomes THE single most important aspect of the wedding.  Some brides spare no expense on their dress, but would be happy with McDonald's Happy Meals for the reception.  For others, the food lovers, maybe it's the cake that "takes the cake" in the priority of what's most important.

We want to hear from you.  What was (or is) the single most important aspect of your wedding planning process, and why?

Essay Title:  Please title your story/essay: Wedding Planning:  ________  [insert your unique part of the title after the colon]

Example of Essay Title:  Wedding Planning:  Get the BEST photographer money can buy.

Contest Deadline:  April 30th, 2011
