In reality, I think that there are several things that I care about in my life above all other things. The first, of course is my children. I care about them more then anything because they are my children and that is what nature calls for. The instinct is there to care for your young, no matter their age, because that is how biology works.
Of course, I care about money because I need it to pay bills and have the basic necessities of life.
But the one thing I care about most in this world can almost be considered a selfish.
I care most about leaving behind a small piece of me that others will remember. I care about making that impression on someones life that causes them to forever change and become a better person.
I care about cooking that one dish that someone says "oh gosh...remember her lasagna?" or creating a great gathering of friends where someone can say "remember that dinner party when she did...."
I care about being that one person that is happy being a rock in the foundation rather then the pillar that stands majestic on the outside but is nothing more then decoration.
