Our Boilerplate: StageofLife.com is a website for today's teens, Gen Y, Gen X, and Baby Boomer generations to share a story, impart wisdom, ask for advice, give advice and find videos, statistics, quotations, must visit websites and other resources tailored to each stage of life from high school to retirement...and all of the major milestones in between.
The site also provides lesson plan ideas for Language Arts teachers and is nationally known for its monthly writing contests for high school students and college students as well as its collection of merchant partnerships offering money saving discounts helping give visitors "Rewards for Life's Journey."

Background:
We’re all going through various stages of life. Graduating from high school. Having a baby. Buying a home. Thinking about retirement. Trying to find that special someone. Some of us are going through more than one stage at a time.
Wouldn’t it be convenient to have one resource - one community - that you could turn to for answers, information, and money-saving discounts tailored specifically to the stage of life or key milestone that you, a friend, or family member may be experiencing? And...that you can use that resource throughout your entire life, between high school and retiremenet? That resource is a reality with Stage of Life.com.
Our Mission Is Three-Fold:
1. Help people find answers and make decisions in matters large and small, at every juncture in life and provide an open forum in which to collect stage of life stories, tales, and words of wisdom.
2. Provide our users financial benefits ranging from saving notices, coupons, and discounts tailored to each specific stage of life – in essence, giving you Rewards for Life’s Journey™
3. Support charities with contributions from the revenue of the company. 5% of our gross revenue goes to charity.
Since its inception, the concept of Stage of Life™ has been home-grown and organic. We launched the site in the summer of 2009 as a privately held small business with no venture capitol or outside, controlling interests.
The response from the consumer and merchant community about the concept has been incredibly positive. For instance, within a month of our launch, over 100 national brands had signed up to directly participate in our My Life Rewards® program and within two months, we were receiving 15,000-20,000 page hits per month.
We have a small staff that is dedicated to building our user base into the millions over the next five years. If you'd like to help spread the word - we welcome your endorsement.
